Biography
Jacqueline McFerren is the Director of Operations at Residential Inc. Having over 30 years of Nation-Wide Mortgage Assistance experience, she is focused on serving clients with New Homes, Mortgage Assistance Programs and other Mortgage and Financial Services products. Jacqueline is “All Things Financial”. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Jacqueline McFerren is the oldest daughter of civil rights activist, John McFerren who fought for racial equality in Fayette County, Tennessee. Her passion is driven by her father’s legacy which birthed Residential, Inc. She Facilitates mortgage assistance also known as mortgage modifications and rescission of foreclosures to homeowners.
With her legal background one of her primary focus is educating the community on economics and home ownership. Prior to the opening of Residential, Inc., Jacqueline owned a successful mortgage company for over 25 years, she is also a licensed mortgage banker.
Jacqueline serves on several local boards in the Mid-South Area, speaking at Churches, Women’s Social Groups, Businesses and Community Organizations and also mentors young professional women.

Residential Inc. was established in 2008 by Jacqueline McFerren. Since then, we have continued to help clients secure their homes by offering various mortgage modification programs and refinancing options.
